Order Cancellation

Before Order Processing
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or dispatched. To cancel, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.

After Order Processing
Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or digitally delivered cannot be canceled. Digital products are considered processed once the license key or activation details have been delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Digital Products (Antivirus Software & License Keys)

  • Refunds are not guaranteed once the license key has been delivered
  • Requests may be considered only if the key is invalid at delivery
  • The product must not be activated or used
  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase

Physical Products (Peripheral Devices)

  • Eligible if defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging unless defective

Non-Refundable Items

  • Activated or used digital licenses
  • Downloaded digital products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modification
  • Clearance or promotional items marked non-refundable

Return Process (Physical Products)

  • Contact support with your order details
  • Wait for return authorization and instructions
  • Ship the item as instructed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing Time

Exchanges
