This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Activated software licenses may not be refundable unless stated otherwise.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States.
We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
